On line, cases (for customers only)
Click Here and you will be able to access:
   1. every progress of your judicial or extrajudicial case
   2. control of your contracts and corporate documents
   3. view of key documents, deeds, petitions, contracts, minutes, opinions, reports
To do so, use your user id and password. If you do not have one yet, request it by contato@direitoempresarial.com.br
To search:
By Name: Enter the name or the beginning of a name in the “Name 1” field. To refine your search, also place the name or the beginning of the other party’s name in the "Name 2"field, or
 
By case number/contract: Enter the case number or contract (or start them) in the “process” field. To refine, also enter the name or the beginning of the name in the “Name1” or “Name 2” field.
 
Problems in accessing: To access you must change some settings in your browser. In Internet Explorer click on Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, Sites (direitoempresarial.com.br), Allow, check the "pop-ups" on the Security tab, Trusted Sites, Sites (http://www.direitoempresarial.com.br) and (https://direitoempresarial.dynds.org). If you cannot access in your Internet Explorer click Tools, Internet options, privacy, advanced and enable "ignore automatic cookie handling".
